Intent REI LLC aims to provide a website and private-workspace experience that people can use with a range of devices, browsers, zoom settings, keyboards, and assistive technologies. We consider accessibility as the site evolves and welcome reports of barriers that may have been missed.
REQUEST ASSISTANCE
If you have difficulty accessing information, completing a task, or using a feature, please contact Intent REI. Tell us which page or feature you were using, what happened, and your preferred way to receive the information or assistance. Please do not include passwords, banking information, access codes, or other sensitive information in an accessibility request.
OUR APPROACH
The current interface uses semantic landmarks, keyboard-visible focus, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, and reduced-motion support where applicable. Automated checks help identify some issues, but they do not replace manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, browser, and device testing.
Some authentication, media, and business-service experiences are provided by Wix or another third party. We still want to hear when one of those experiences creates a barrier so we can investigate the available options and provide reasonable assistance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We will review an accessibility report, work to understand the requested task, and respond through an appropriate channel. The time needed to correct a barrier can vary with its complexity and whether a third-party service is involved.
